It's okay, but personally I don't really like all the familiarity from the staff. I know that makes me sound like an anti-social cuss, but i think I prefer banks to be slightly dark and foreboding.

Went in for a hardwood offcut to repair a wooden window. Received brilliant service from staff there and left 5 minutes later with a piece of wood, cut and planed to the exact size for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended.

Just went there to get a "vehicle health check" on a used Mitsubishi Outlander we bought elsewhere. They were very helpful, thorough and gave us a printed report as well as access to an online version complete with video describing what they found. How good is that 😍

What a breath of fresh air to actually find a garage who you can trust to do a great job for a very reasonable price. Justin and Alex are fast becoming the garage in Ripon and surrounding areas to go to for a repair, service or an MOT. Their reputation is growing to such an extent that they are being recommended by other vehicle service providers. JA Auto services was recommended to me by another 1st Class company in Ripon being Ripon Auto Electrics when i approached them with regard to some repairs needed on my Mercedes ML. Needless to say, judging by this review, i was delighted with the service i received and they went that extra mile by picking up my vehicle from my home and then dropping it off when it was finished. I highly recommend these two lovely guys and suggest quite strongly that you give them an opportunity the next time you need any garage services. Well done guys, true professionals.

Recently purchased a Golf GTI from Harvey Cooper. Very happy with the car and service received. The price they were charging for the car was reasonable and they gave a fair price for trading in my old car. They are also a good bunch of friendly guys who don't put any hard sales pressure on you (or I wouldn't have purchased). Will have a look what is in stock when I'm ready to change again.

We haven't been to every nursery in the Harrogate area but out of the few that we have been to, this place had an excellent selection and good prices. Staff was helpful and we found this to be the right place to get our garden started for the summer.

Excellent service they always ensure plants are delivered in the week and not held in shipment over the weekend. What plants! Bought 6 and a couple were ready to divide up so 14 plants for the price of 6. Well packaged fast delivery and you get well grown plants. I'm a repeat customer and haven't lost one of their plants yet, even the spare ones that come attached. Give them a try you won't regret it.

I am biased on this one, so disclaimer in advance (am related to owners). Now that aside; it is one of the largest, if not the largest, Primula Auricula specialists (and sell nothing else!). Holding a border national collection that is planted up for people to come and see, along with hundreds of other cultivars in beds. Alpine, border, edges, selfs, doubles, fancies, are all represented here and sold (although very much a spring flowering plant). If you do order from their website they will communicate with you as each step is done, and will advise happily any new or old customers should they ring asking for advice. Furthermore they will hold off sending plants should the weather be dangerous to the plants for their transit, although will inform if they do this and you can always ask for them to be sent to you regardless. Several times a year holds open days during which the is a café opened in a nearby "log cabin" with proceeds going to charity. Check their website for information on "drop in days" as well. Now I am not all sunshine and roses here, and I may get some evil looks from them but; This is located on the back of a farm yard, the ground is gravel with intermittent steps or glass slopes. As such it is not designed to be wheel chair friendly (the benches in the tunnels are at "working" height so can be hard to see from a wheel chair, or so I have been told). The outside flower beds are accessible via grass areas as such if your wheelchair can traverse grass/gravel you should be fine for the most part. Lastly if it is wet please bare in mind it is a working nursery on a farm and it can get muddy. The is shelter in the tunnels and the cafe but only the cafe is heated, so please bring appropriate clothes.

Beautiful salon with well trained staff. If you want a good haircut it's not cheap but worth every penny.

Didn't actually get a haircut, but whilst waiting in the husband corralling area I had an excellent cup of coffee. My significant other was very pleased with the hair modification she received as well.

Fran, the proprietor, cuts your hair with a great deal of care and takes her time. It is a bit more expensive than other barbers in the city but in my opinion worth the extra.

Been coming here for just over three years with my husband and two kids. Always a great experience. I book in for myself and daughter in the ladies salon and husband drops in to front with my son when he wants as its a walk in. We all have lovely hair and love coming. I highly recommend, all staff are great and all very friendly but more importantly do a great job. The salon is spacious and has had a recent refurb. Worth a visit.

This library is great it's a cozy place with a great selection if books (they even have a large selection of manga which is great for me!) I came here not so long ago on the search for a book that I wanted (which they did have) and was pleasantly surprised by how nice this library is!

Now run by volunteers after NYCC failed to provide support the library continues to provide information and education and of course books and media to the community. Has computers to rent a coffee machine and knowledgeable staff

Fantastic service. I’d highly recommend Ian Hill photography. They made the process of getting perfect baby passport photos smooth and easy. Quick, friendly and value for money.

I took a very old and damaged photograph to Ian for restoration. Within 2 days he did a wonderful job of scanning and enhancing the photograph. So much so that lots of detail came out that we didn’t even know was there. Ian and Jan are really helpful, friendly and professional. They have also have a wonderful studio. Well recommended.

Nicola did our photo's back in April and she was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't of asked for a better photographer. The photo's are stunning & such a fabulous way to remember our special day. I have been taking my two Cavliers here for the past 3 years. (Since we moved from the States) and they provide excellent care! So much so that I do not mind the drive from Harrogate. The staff is very knowledgeable and care about you and your fur babies. They have advanced equipment on site and I just feel better. They receive better care here than they did anywhere I took them in the States. And I'm a nervous owner they are 12 & 13 respectively.

These vets are amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my baby boy Diesel. He was the most special dog I know he kept you on your toes but I can never thank you enough for all you did. Losing him was the hardest thing I have ever done and in his memory I'm now fostering dogs until they find there forever homes. I do of course still have Amigo my Entlebucher who comes to see you now and then. I cannot recommend or thank you all enough. You really are the best 😍❤❤
